I first got in contact with Joanne and Nick who own and run Coutts Event Hire just over a year ago, I was really pleased when they wanted to put an advert in my new brochure.
I needed a contact for hire of crockery and cutlery and with Coutts being another local family run small business I really wanted to support them, we have built up a great working relationship over the past year. They have been a great support since I started this venture.
They hire items such as crockery, cutlery, glassware, handmade trestle tables and wooden boards to outside garden games and love letters.
Nick also has a sister company Kale Signs we have used Nick to do our Van signage for our wholesale company vans Orchardlea Foods, he has done a fantastic job and we will be using him again in the future.
I took part in a collaboration photo shoot last Autumn with Coutts so I got to see first hand alot of the items they hire it is all really high quality, the handmade tables are rustic and you can see how much hard work and attention has gone into making them.
The photoshoot was at the stunning wedding venue Castle Hill in North Devon and in charge of the photography was James Alexander
We showcased a really autumnal themed shoot, Coutts used burnt orange napkins and lots of rustic cushions and throws.
The buffet spread included cheese, bread, mini ploughman scones, apple popcorn cake baked by the amazing Kate at Kate’s Kakes
